As a player, Yze was known for his elite skills, footy smarts, and that trademark left boot. After a decorated playing career, he transitioned into coaching, playing a key role in Melbourne’s 2021 premiership and now stepping into the big chair as Richmond’s senior coach. We chat about his journey from player to coach, the lessons he’s picked up from some of the game’s best, what it takes to build a winning culture, and his vision for the Tigers.
