We are going to flip the script a bit today though, and rather than talk about our own expectations, we are going to chat about the expectations that people have on us. On the book tour, I noticed that there were so many people who felt this nagging expectation from people in their past to keep showing up how they used to show up. We’ve all heard it, “Oh, you aren’t the same person.” Well today, I’m going to free you from that–I’m giving you the permission to disappoint other people.
