Jessica grew up on a blueberry farm in Southwest Michigan and she's the daughter of farmers and entrepreneurs. She has recently moved to Toulouse, France, and there has created the company. Taste of Toulouse. Through Taste of Toulouse she is able to share the edible and drinkable treasures of her adopted hometown Toulouse, France! As a wine expert and former cheesemonger she wanted share the beauty of French food in a way that was fun and easy to understand but also give context and depth to the food tradition that France holds so dear.
