18 May 2020

Description

Most people find it particularly difficult to stick with a routine. From health to wealth, to wisdom, they all seem to struggle with finding the "right way" of doing things. Generally, most well-read people who are interested in the development of the self understand that some combination of meditation, working out, task-driven work, deep work, etc. are good pieces of the routine puzzle. However, people often get hung up in knowing the correct "order of operations" for these different things. The good news is that there is no "right way". So,  on this segment we are going to walk through 2 things in deep detail:  An example of a battle-tested daily weekday routine A principled-guide to developing your own routine that can stand the test of time Subscribe to our Newsletter Follow Us on Instagram
