On 11 October, the RICS announced changes to its professional Rules of Conduct, which will come into force in February 2022. Ahead of the change, EG’s Bricks & Mortar host, Sarah Jackman takes a look at the detail and what both its members and APC candidates need to do to ensure compliance. Joining her for a look at the detail are Christine O’Rourke, head of conduct standards at the RICS and Charlotte Neal, director of surveying standards at the RICS.
