And the topic this month: the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act and the rent arrears arbitration scheme established under it for the recovery of ring-fenced rent arrears. Regular listeners will know that Guy and Sarah first spoke about the Act in April’s podcast and, now that the window for instructing arbitrators has closed, they look at what has happened since and whether the scheme might pave the way for greater use of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution in the future.
