Dr Felice Jacka OAM, Professor of Nutritional Psychiatry, and Director of the Food & Mood Centre at Deakin University, and founder and president of the International Society for Nutritional Psychiatry Research, explains the history of developing a "whole system" approach to psychiatry - especially the link of nutrition and food to brain health.
