In the beginning our Reiki journey feels very worthwhile, lots of things change and we see real and significant shifts that make our lives better. But sooner or later we get down to the real juicy, challenging layers of our onion layers - the core beliefs that may require some really difficult actions. This is where we need to use Reiki for courage, resilience and strength and do the inner work, make the changes, face the shadow - our guilt, shame, sense of worth and belonging in this world.
