She serves as the UK’s Focal Point to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and leads negotiations on science issues within the UN climate framework. With a PhD in atmospheric sciences from the University of Reading, Jolene has built a career translating complex climate science into actionable global policy.
