Welcome to part 2 of a 3 part series on time & boundaries.  In episode 3 we explored why boundaries and time management were so important and why NOW is the right time.  In this episode we dig down on our boundaries and start to consider personality traits, and why its important to communicate your boundaries - as cultural, demographic, generational and lived experience backgrounds result in others never really knowing what you need... unless you tell them.
