Mantras help to reprogram your subconscious and create new beliefs. They’re essentially one-sentence stories. You’re probably using mantras right now and might not even realize it. If you’re telling yourself a story over and over again, you’re using a mantra. If you’re not getting the results you want, it could be because of the mantra you’re using.
