Summer is a great team-building season because it offers unique opportunities to connect with people and build relationships. Plus, you’ll have some extra tools, such as a new catalog and special incentives from your company.In this episode, you’ll learn how to get people interested in your opportunity, how to share the information about the opportunity, who to focus on during the summer, and how to help people get started with their businesses.If you want to build a team, you have to talk about team building, and one of the ways you can do that is by including team building as part of your answer to the question, “What do you do?”Most direct sellers answer that question by talking about their products.
