19. How to Support Your Team During the Summer to Accommodate Everyone's Goals

In this episode, I walk you through several ideas for how you can provide training and resources for your team, even when you’re on vacation and when they want to take a break from their businesses.The first thing I’d do is have your team complete the sentence, “At the end of the summer, I’m going to celebrate _______.” (Listen to the previous episode, “The Single Key Action for Your Success,” for more information about this statement and how to have this conversation with your team.)Knowing what they want to achieve and how they plan to do it will help you plan your training and support your team.
