32. What You Can Do When Your Upline Doesn’t Support You

In this Ask Me Anything episode, I answer, “What’s the best way to deal with your upline when you feel like she doesn’t support you in the way you’d like?”The person who asked this question gave me some background and acknowledged that she knows she doesn’t need an upline to be successful.And that’s true, but it still hurts when you don’t get recognition or feel like you’re out of the loop.In this episode, I give you possible explanations of why your upline doesn’t support you. I know those explanations don’t excuse her behavior, but sometimes it helps to get a different perspective.
