Episode 43: Jeff Lovecchio {The Little Details Amount To Massive Changes}

This week I have the pleasure of bringing Jeff Lovecchio on the podcast.  Jeff is the owner of RIPT Hockey Training and host of the extremely popular Hockey Think Tank Podcast. Throughout this interview Jeff makes so many important points for young athletes to take away.  However I think the best way to sum these points up is right in the title.  The little details amount to massive changes. If you are trying to set yourself up for a longer, more successful career in sport, there is nothing flashy about what you need to do.  It is all about the little details.  Getting a good night sleep, eating the right foods, taking proper care of your body.  The longer and more consistently you have been doing these things, the better athlete you will become. In this interview Jeff does an incredible job of laying out these factors, how he approached them and the MASSIVE difference they made in his career.  Beyond that, he also lays out how YOU can approach them as well. I highly encourage you to get out a notebook for this one.  No matter what sport you play, Jeff gives great advice on what you can do to extend your career longer than you ever thought possible.  Put the accountability on yourself and GET TO WORK!
