Dan is one of the founders of GRIT Athletics in Toronto, and he has spent over a decade working as the strength and conditioning coach for The Hill Academy.  In his time in the strength and conditioning industry he has had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, including members of the Canadian Olympic Women's hockey team, as well as multiple NHL players. .Dan's introduction into the industry was absolutely not a typical one. After finishing his athletic career and becoming a teacher, he spent time volunteering in the strength and conditioning department at his school purely based off of enjoyment.  Over time he took over the role and began developing his own business in the summer time while working at Hill Academy through the school year. Having no typical, formal training in the industry, experience became his "University." .I love this background in the industry as I truly believe it is experience like this that allows coaches to understand what is TRULY important in our industry. Relationship building and communication with the athletes you work with is absolutely crucial to your development as a coach as well as the development of the athletes you work with. Dan also discusses how as he built his business to extremely successful levels he was never focused on marketing himself or branding of any kind. He simply spent his time focusing on doing good work. The results from that work spoke for themselves and his athlete numbers continued to grow up until the time he was able to leave Hill Academy and start GRIT Athletics. Get in contact with Dan on instagram;@coachnoble45Check out his facility GRIT Athletics;https://gritathletics.ca/
