Ted Ramirez Jr. is on the show today to inspire us about the highly romanticized DIY Alaskan Moose hunt.  Admittedly, it's always been on my radar, but I haven't committed to it yet.  The main reason is I would not want to miss out on elk hunting here in the lower 48.  Ted also breaks down his personal fitness journey, and what it is like working in the Hunting Industry.  Ted's Dad started Caribou Gear over a decade ago - makers of the ultra light synthetic game bags.  If you are serious about hunting, you owe it to yourself to not use cheese cloth.  I used to because I simply didn't know what I didn't know.  As a hunter, my concern is a higher meat yield and better tasting game meat.
