As CEOs, it can be easy to want to turn the onboarding of a new team member into Standard Operating Procedures, task delegation, and spreadsheets. But, in this episode, I'm breaking down for you the process that I went through and my OWN change of mindset when communicating with my team (new members, especially!) - not only so that they understand their roles, but also that they understand this KEY ELEMENT that I'm covering today. This key element has allowed for me to have the capacity to become the type of CEO that's necessary in order for my business to be where I KNOW it can go.
