I came face to face with the reality that I need to change my entire business, and that meant more than a few tweaks…. After we did interviews with our audience, my vision for The Great Reset became clearer. I realized BOTH of our offers would need to change… But things don't change overnight when you're running a multimillion-dollar agency… First, I had to put my ego aside and face the TWO biggest challenges to get out of the red, pay my team, and keep my client retention rates high while we rebuilt from the ground up.
