Being with Hard Emotions and Money Flow

21 Nov 2023

Description

In this episode I share about the current struggle I'm experiencing with grief. Despite being someone who holds space for others in their grief, I find it difficult to sit with my own emotions. The finality of death and the inability to maintain a physical connection with loved ones leaves me feeling heavy and unsafe in my own body. Through introspection, I've discovered that I have a tendency to fix things, and when I'm unable to do so, I feel helpless.Moving on, I delve into the power of subtle body movements and their impact on our emotions and overall well-being. By consciously organizing our bodies forward, we can create a sense of internal order and release. Conversely, when we attempt to fix our emotions, such as grief, without knowing the appropriate actions or words, it often leads to inner conflict and suppression. This suppression hinders our ability to fully express and release our emotions, resulting in stored tension and blockages in our nervous system. These emotional blocks can have a profound influence on our financial flow and overall wealth. This exploration of emotions and self-awareness directly ties into our success in business and finances, as these aspects of our lives are inextricably intertwined.HIGHLIGHTS11:58 Exploring the Complexity of Being with Another in Grief13:53 Prioritizing Self-Care and Boundaries15:11 Being Present for Others' Pain without Trying to Fix It16:23 The Impact of Stress and Overwhelm on Business and HealthCONNECT WITH DANIELLE:Programs and MoreFind me on FacebookFollow me on InstagramFollow me on TwitterConnect with me on LINKEDINSchedule a free session
