This episode is inspired by a REEL I shared over on Instagram. Seeing the saves & shares it had, I knew this was meant to be converted into a podcast! The main key takeaway is to KNOW that a habit is a decision, a choice! Maybe not a conscious choice, but a inner choice. Every single habit we have from the moment we wake up to the moment we sleep is a choice. This is particularly true around food, binge eating, overeating and emotional eating.
