Trigger warning: Anger, abortion rights and action

Episode 89: I’ve been so angry for 10 days now since the overturning of Roe versus Wade. The injustice and completely illogical decisions that are being made. My feed was full of heartbreaking stories and I just couldn’t move past the anger. I funnelled that anger into educating myself and then sharing that information to try and help in some way. This will continue over the coming weeks and months but the anger needs to be transmuted now into something more powerful. My strength and my ability to make an impact does will not come from me being angry. It will come from me turning to my strengths. It starts with supporting and soothing and holding myself and my rage. Next is serving and supporting my US clients who are trying to understand how this impacts their fertility treatment and future decisions. Then it is supporting my wider client base and the triggers that this is bringing up. Then my wider community. Those of you on my mailing list and following me on social media. How I feel right now is how I spent years feeling with the anger and injustice of infertility, failed fertility treatments, ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I’ll be sharing how I transformed that anger and came to embrace the uncertainty of it all even the miscarriage I went through before conceiving both of our children naturally.
