Embrace Fertility

Why I get excited about trauma!

25 Aug 2022

Description

Episode 92: Well that sounds really bizarre. What I’m really trying to say is that I get so excited about the fact that we now understand how people become traumatised, what happens to the mind and body during a traumatic event and therefore we now have knowledge and understanding of how to clear that trauma. So I get excited about the fact that instead of spending your whole life being traumatised and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder we can clear that trauma from your mind and body. So you will still have the memories but you will not have the emotional discomfort when you recall them. If you have not yet learnt about using PROP statements as a self development tool then please do check out my ‘From surviving to thriving’ workshops that I ran last September where I talk you through this technique can help you can use it yourself. ♥ Day 1 : Living in survival mode Does it feel like you are living in a constant state of uncertainty? In this workshop I explain how going through infertility impacts our brain, nervous system and mental health.  ♥ Day 2 : Reset. Re-educate. Reaffirm I will teach you how to calm your body and soothe your mind to bring instant relief.
I’ll explain the science of why this type of work is so powerful and can help you FEEL BETTER AND MORE IN CONTROL no matter what’s going on for you right now. ♥ Day 3 : Thriving  You will experience a powerful guided visualisation and I’ll explain how to use the techniques I’ve shared to thrive during infertility.  Www.Embracefertility.Co.Uk/thrive
