Ep. 27. What the heck is "Golden Shadow"

In this episode, I am explaining in details what claiming the "golden shadow" in the visibility capacity work means and what that is. I also share my own personal example how disowning & repressing very important part of myself and my huge heart desire affected my life and how it enriched it in the most unexpected ways the moment I allowed and claimed it.Golden Shadow is:Your light, talents, your true power, your soul bigness, your potential, your deep heart desires that you had to bury in order to stay safe and to belong in this world. It's the brightness that people around you didn't know how to nurture growing up. It's the most brilliant, golden parts of you that at certain point were threatening to your survival and you had to abandon & push it into the subconscious in order to  belong in the society, in order to receive connection (which is one of the most important needs for humans).But you don't need to choose between authenticity and connection anymore. It doesn't have to be either/or, it can be and/and.
