For a long time, I felt torn between two worlds. The world of spirituality, where wanting luxury often feels shameful. And the world of material success, where spirituality seems out of place. But I always wanted both — depth and beauty, soul and abundance.In this episode, I explore what true luxury really means beyond appearances or possessions. I reflect on the deeper frequency of luxury, beauty, and gratitude and how they actually connect.Many people struggle to genuinely feel gratitude. The typical “gratitude lists” often don’t reach the depth we crave. So I explore new ways of accessing the energy of gratitude that feel more alive and embodied.I also touch on how “deserving” and “being worthy” are not the same as the frequency of abundance and how shifting that understanding changes everything.Enjoy this contemplation.
