Vocabulary interviewer - this is the person who is conducting the interview, who works at the company interviewee - this is you, the person going for an interview who wants a new job. just entering the job market - the 'job market' is a term covering the recruitment systems, these days it could be used to mean you are looking for a job, or to describe internet website such as Indeed and Reed, or whatever recruitment sites are common in your country.
