17: Identity As An Empath

Do you embrace your identity as an empath?  I mean, what even is our identity these days as individuals, going through so much change of late.  Knowing you're an Empath, do you own it? Do you feel shame? Do you hide behind it? Do you view it as a strength or weakness? In todays episode, my hope is to make you feel confident to embrace your needs.  We discuss some key characteristics, like "People Pleasing".
