"Action is the antidote to despair" - Katelyn truly lives this philosophy and is focused on actionable intelligence and behaviour change. Katelyn fervently believes that giving people the tools to take action is critical. It's about empowering people whether at work or at home to take make a difference. Katelyn is the co-founder and CEO of SeedCulture, a software company on a mission to upskill, engage and empower people and teams in their sustainability journeys. She spent the first part of her career as a marketer, helping a range of companies to build and grow their digital presence. In 2017, she started her own equestrian apparel e-commerce business, which quickly expanded across Australia and internationally. Realising that she had an opportunity to use business as a force for good, she made a conscious effort to embed social and environmental responsibility across the business. Part of this process required a personal learning journey and mindset change, which eventually led her to want to dedicate her career to the field of sustainability.
