215. How to Communicate with Anyone

In any part of life, but especially in real estate sales, communication is critical. In this episode, we dive into DiSC, the personality assessment that helps everyone communicate and understand each other better. DiSC stands for the four main personality profiles in the model. “D” is for dominance, “i” is for influence, “S” is for steadiness, and “C” is for conscientiousness. You can score high in more than one.We dig into the details of each one, but more importantly we apply the profiles to real life examples in our businesses and home lives.
