This week on the pod I chat to Katja  Mia who is a stunning model only new to industry. We chat about how she accepts her body, confidence , believing in herself to just go for it as she used to work in a bank and knew it wasn't for her. Katja found the courage to leave her job and go all in on herself and was signed to 1st options model agency in 2020 and hasn't looked back since. She is exactly as what you see on social media and looks after her mental health. We chat more about any struggles she has coped with, how she takes care of her well being and boundaries which is so important and lastly advice to any young girl or woman wanting to break into the social or modelling world.
