On the episode of Empower with Emma I have my first guest on Becca Gillen who is a Coach in PT, CBT and Nutritionist who lives in Bali, Indonesia. I have followed Becca for some time on social media and was so comforting to talk to someone the other side of the world and connect with. On today's episode we talk about her journey and how Becca got to where she is now. Going from a  dancer to a nurse to a coach, Beeca talks openly about the social standards and pressures our modern day society and our family can have on us to live a certain way.
