José De Heer is a certified co-active coach, an accredited organisation and relationship systems trainer, and a member of the European Association for Communication in Health Care. While coaching and researching in health care, she found communication errors had wide ranging consequences from adverse drug reactions to physician burnout, which led to the creation of SHIFT: a course specifically for health care professionals.
