In Episode 061 I'm joined by Chef Mike Williams who is the head Chef at Margot and Norah both located in Los Angeles, CA. Mike and I connected over Instagram, and he invited me to dinner at Margot. He is a combat veteran that served in the Marine Corps and then went on to pursue his passion of cooking!
