In Episode 103 I share my thoughts on yet another coworker lost to suicide. This has happened to me over and over and over throughout the last 4 years, and I'm always wondering what we can do better? I believe at its foundation it starts with the individual showing vulnerability and being honest about the emotions they are feeling. However, In addition to that, it's important for friends and family to create an environment where that vulnerability is welcomed. Today's episode is my thoughts on how we all do better.
