Endless Endeavor with Greg Anderson

EE 219: Heal and Flow with Eben Britton

29 Aug 2024

Description

In Episode 219 I sit down with Eben Britton. Eben recently came to Lake Stevens Washington to host his Heal & Flow event. He and his amazing girlfriend Kat facilitated an amazing weekend that I was lucky enough to be a part of. They then stayed an extra week and attended our Guns and Gis camp! We really had the opportunity to bond and get to know each other well in a relatively short amount of time! He's an amazing human that has really redefined himself after leaving a 6-year career in the NFL. Eben's mission is to bring fulfillment, growth and build community through breathwork, yoga and meditation. The parallels between our lives are shockingly similar yet very different. I was fortunate enough to be able to introduce Eben to jiu jitsu and I'm pretty confident we will see him in a black belt one day!
