Starting her engineering career in the 1990ies, Andrea Zimmerl could never quite limit herself to just one profession: consulting for small Austrian companies in plastics technology she soon felt the need to help other engineers with her experience–because she realized that excellent technicians don't necessarily make good communicators. From engineer to communications coach to life coach, she later ran a program called 'Women in STEM'.
