The importance of thinking time - EMP187

Things stack up fast and our to-do list is neverending. Oftentimes, we are running from one thing to the next (or in 2020, from one Zoom call to the next). We need to literally schedule thinking time into our calendar simply to unplug and think. I've taken the dog on walks lately without taking my phone, which really does help.
