Where to begin: tips for new or aspiring entrepreneurs - EMP055

Today I want to share some tips for new or aspiring entrepreneurs. I also dive into my own story so that you can avoid spinning your wheels or going down rabbit holes of distraction.  My main 3 tips are:  1. Get very focused and define what you want to do. What's the end goal? 2. Set huge goals in the area you choose. Know what numbers you need to hit. What does success look like? Take time to define that. 3. Surround yourself with mentors and doers in your space. Mimic them; don't try to reinvent the wheel. They've already made and learned from mistakes that you will likely face if you go it alone.
