Today I’ve got on Mike Pantile. Mike is a husband, father of 2 girls, content creator, coach, and co-host of the Masculine Revival Podcast. Mike started his journey in the world of competitive powerlifting, where he worked his way up to 300 lbs and deadlift more than I can imagine. Over the next 14 months, Mike worked to lose over 100 lbs by learning how and what to eat, and becoming disciplined in the kitchen and the weight room. His journey around fitness led him to start a gym and a personal training company, and ultimately to his wife, and now 2 daughters. Now Mike runs a men’s personal development coaching business and co-hosts the Masculine Revival podcast.
