111. Cultivating Boundaries, Holding Space & The Power Of Yes with Gilly Ryan

In this episode, I have a conversation with Gilly Ryan, who is a client of mine who just finished the last group round of my Confident Equestrian Program (CEP). I really wanted to have her on the podcast because her journey inside CEP was jam-packed, full of lessons and experiences to learn from.
