Anyways...in today's episode I discuss idea of matrices aka "the matrix" and how we are able to create our own, and leave the toxic one(s) behind. I talk about the awakening process and our relationship with others, and how everyone is evolving on their own unique timeline, yet commingled with us as well. We wrap it up with a short exercise to help you visualize what type of matrix you'd like to create for yourself, who you want to call in and how you'd like to feel.
