While this surgical procedure can be life-saving for both mothers and babies in certain situations, it also comes with its own set of challenges and potential complications. Among these are various complaints that mothers and infants may experience post-C-section. Understanding these complaints is crucial for healthcare providers and families to provide appropriate care and support during the recovery process. Who is John James? CEO, Owner, Business Instructor, Master Level LMT, MTI John has been practicing massage therapy for over three decades, and in that time has trained and mentored emerging therapists in the community who have gone on to enjoy successful and fulfilling careers. John considers himself an inventor with keen observational skills and has spent his career developing his own techniques and coming up with a powerful breathing method for finding and releasing tension in the body.
