Dr. Jutta Köglmeier of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, in London, talks to us about blended diets for tube feedings and how they can contribute to patient care.  Do they permit adequate nutrition? Do they let parents and other caregivers bond more closely, as members of a family, with the children who are thus fed?
