Transforming our lives never happens because of sheer chance. Well maybe there is that one person you know that never has to do anything and they always seem to look good, succeed in life, and never have a care in the world. This was not the case for Jamie Kienholz. Jamie overcame her own self-doubt and lack of confidence in various ways. She joined the US Air Force, she found solace in the weight room, she shared her life with her husband and children, and began to be a walking, talking model of what a thriving lifestyle could look like to her peers. Jamie is currently a part of our Coach the Coach Level 2 program, an intensive mentoring experience that continues to mold her passion for physical and personal development into a profession she is building for herself, her family, and her clients after she completes her time in service.
