Jeffrey Douville is a global supply chain and logistics executive with over 35 years of experience leading logistics teams in the U.S. Army and various commercial industries. Today, Jeff is the Director of Global Logistics for Stanley Black & Decker. The company has more than 60,000 employees, over $15B in revenue, and is the largest tool company in the world.  Jeff joined the company in February 2020 to lead global logistics just as the COVID-19 pandemic started wreaking havoc on supply chains all over the world. Andrew asks Jeff about his career in the U.S. Army and what he learned about leadership, teamwork, productivity, and commitment to a greater purpose.
