To put my training for the Cocodona 250 miler to the test, I ran 100 miles in three days on the Cocodona course as a part of a self-designed training camp. Why? To see my strengths and weaknesses with my current training and to gain confidence for race day! Training camps are an excellent way to assess your readiness for your next ultra.
