Hellah Sidibe on Running Streaks, Biking to Improve Running Skills, and Pressure-Free Running

16 Jul 2023

Description

What is it like to run every single day for over 6-years? Hellah Sidibe can tell you all about that, as his current running streak is up to that level (and still going strong)! But within that running streak, he also has completed the Western States 100, Leadville 100, and ran across America - all without any days off in between! Hellah Sidibe is a runner for Hoka and a content creator who has amassed a following in the hundreds of thousands due to his positive energy, unbreakable consistency, and willingness to help others find their passion. He is also a former professional soccer player who refound a new love in running thereafter. In this episode, Hellah shares all the keys to how he’s been able to be so consistent in his run streak (including an INSANE story about how he kept the streak while traveling to Australia), why he’s planning to incorporate biking into his routine, and how he manages to remove the pressure when it comes to running to keep it fun. Huge thank you to Hellah for coming on the show!
