He has placed first in multiple 200+ mile races, including all of the races within the Triple Crown of 200’s. He’s also the FKT holder for the Colorado Trail, and has completed two 100+ mile runs with zero calories. One of his biggest keys to success (besides his incredible mindset)? A low carb nutrition strategy. He’s become one of the biggest examples of how powerful a low carb lifestyle can be to running; so much so, that he’s known as the Low Carb Runner.
