It updates the previous review (which included research up to 2015), and I’m very excited to bring you this interview with the first author, Matthew Tung.Matthew is a first-year student in the Physical Therapy program at the University of Southern California. Born in Hong Kong, he moved to the United States for high school and has spent the past nine years dedicated to Olympic weightlifting.
