COVID-19 – im Zweifel lieber Thromboseprophylaxe

Werden wir überfluchtet mit Wissen zum Coronavirus oder doch nur mit Informationen, Daten und Spekulationen? Immer mehr erfahren wir über die klinischen Aspekte von COVID-19. Ein Thema nach wie vor ist das Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosteron-System, das RAAS. Und immer mehr rücken Thromboembolien in den Fokus. Die Frage ist nur: Was ist gesichert, was ernst zu nehmen, was vielleicht weniger? Und welche therapeutischen, vielleicht sogar prophylaktischen Konsequenzen sollten Ärzte ziehen?
